FAQ

How many people can play at the same time?

Our recommended maximum team size is 7 players. Teams above 7 players can split up into two or more groups. When it comes to simultaneous players on our platform, the slots are basically unlimited. We’ve hosted events as large as 1000 users playing at the same time, therefore the maximum number of teams is quite a bit 🙂 !

Is there a Game Master or a live avatar in the game?

No, you have the room only for yourselves.

Do I have to book an appointment, or I can play whenever I want?

After purchasing the codes from our website you can launch the game directly, you do not need to book an appointment.

Can I control where I’m looking or is it controlled by the team?

Each team member logs with their individual codes, so everyone gets their own game environment to move around and look at objects independently. When someone completes a puzzle or finds an object, all player’s statuses are updated. This means you see other players actions real-time.

How do teams communicate?

We would like to give you the best full-screen experience, and therefore we recommend to use video communication platforms on your phone of communicate with sound on your computer in the background.

Do I need to download anything to play?

All you need to have is a computer or laptop with Google Chrome, Brave, Internet Explorer or Safari for a browser. Since the game is played via your browser, you do not need to download any additional software. If you do not have any of the browsers above, then we will ask that you download one of them in order to play the game.

Can I ask for help during the game?

Yes! Absolutely! We have an automatic hint system included to help you progress. Be careful, every hint costs you precious time! 🙂

Is it possible to stop, and continue with the game later?

We have designed the game to be a continuous, whole experience which you play in one go! However if you feel like you need a break, you can just stop, and continue from wherever you left off.

What if one of my teammates leaves the game?

No problem, you can still continue but make sure you ask him to log out, or close the game on his/her computer!

How do we know if we broke the record?

At the end of the game you get to see your time, and you can compare yourself with other teams on our live scoreboard!
